MModule 1: Age of the Heart
Core Shamanism and Fundamental Healing Methods
We create the circle, awaken the heart, and ground ourselves in Mother Earth as we lay the foundation for shamanic work and connect with the spiritual world.
In this first ceremony, you will learn the basic techniques and methods of shamanic healing and practices such as drum journeys, activating energy centers, preparing spaces for healing and ceremonies, clearing heavy energy, and the teachings of the World Tree, the elements, and the spirit realm.
Learn the 7 principles for creating healing rituals and connecting with your kindred spirits, set your intentions, and receive loving support from your allies and protectors in the spirit world as you embark on the shaman’s path.
MModule 2: The Wild Soul
Connect with your wild spirit & call the power home
The next level of connection and communication with your kindred spirits, where you’ll discover the key to your personal power and psychic abilities while strengthening your connection to your inner wisdom and intuition.
We’ll delve deeper into your innate energy and potential—the gateway to your abilities—through energy scanning, symbols, connectedness, and the energy centers in your body. You’ll become familiar with drum journeys and get to know yourself and your abilities better.
The inner portals open, and your personal totem pole is created.
MModule 3: Shaman's Sight
Become the Hollow Bone: Clairvoyance, Channeling, and Divination
After grounding ourselves deeply in Mother Earth and activating our energy centers, we now open ourselves to higher intuition and channel messages from our higher selves, spiritual teachers, ascended masters, ancestors, and other kindred spirits
The shaman is the messenger between the worlds, who brings messages and guidance to the people with the help of spirit guides.
Learn to see with your heart and your third eye, practice remote viewing, master the ancient art of divination, interpret dreams, and protect yourself and your surroundings from lower astral and heavy energies.
We cover the seven principles of clairvoyant work as well as ethics.
MModule 4: Becoming the Artist
Guide souls to the other side & live with purpose, direction, and intention
For the shaman, every breath is a prayer; life is a work of art, a tapestry we weave, and all our threads are intertwined. We can choose to live with heightened awareness and make every day a brushstroke in the painting of our lives.
We create a safe space where you will learn to guide earthbound souls into the light and perform ceremonial work with the dying and those in mourning.
We delve deeply into our individual purpose for being here right now, so that life can be lived with greater awareness, joy, freedom, and meaning.
MModule 5: Lineage of Love
Soul Retrieval & Ancestral – and Past Life Healing
Learn how to retrieve soul fragments and clear patterns and limiting stories that run through generations. When we heal ourselves, we heal seven generations back and seven generations forward.
Traumatic experiences create a loss of soul, which most people are unaware of. This loss of soul prevents us from living to our full potential, expressing ourselves fully, and operating at our highest energy level.
Learn to connect with your soul clan and your loving, wise ancestors, and let go of stories, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve you.
We identify limiting patterns and stories that stem from promises and contracts made in past lives, lift curses, annul promises, and bring healing so that our ancestors and future generations may be set free.
MModule 6: Pure Presence
Become the shaman who lives in harmony with Mother Earth and is aligned with the spiritual and physical worlds, with your mission and your life—able to be fully present and grounded, and in spiritual dialogue with the Earth, the Moon, the Sun, the birds, the flowers, your kindred spirits, nature spirits, and parts of yourself you didn’t know you had.
Take ownership of your medicine—which is your unique gifts and the power to live a life of purpose and direction, so that you may be a channel for your spirit and a light in the world.

Everything is one and interconnected, and when we truly experience that profound realization,
we begin to live from a place of responsibility and compassion.
Shamanism is about being part of a spiritual community and communicating with the Earth, the Moon, the birds, the flowers, the mountains, the rivers, the spirits of nature, the ancestors,
and parts of ourselves we didn’t even know we had—we are never alone.
When we enter an altered state of consciousness and the ceremony,
we gain access to our ancestors and countless shamans,
healers, wise men and women, their memory and wisdom,
and from this place, magic and healing can arise.

The modules are held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; these will be confirmed well in advance of the module.

Payment in installments: 4,500 DKK x 6
The first installment is due upon registration
The remainder must be paid before each module
The program is experience- and experiential.
Attendance is expected for all modules and integration evenings.
There are no written assignments, but you will need to set aside time to practice the methods and establish a consistent routine.
You are expected to be able to take notes during class.
My name is Betina Bliss
I am the founder of and a teacher at the Shaman School.
All my life, I have moved in the borderland between the spiritual and the human.
With over 20 years of experience and training in shamanism and other healing traditions, I am firmly grounded in both the craft and the wisdom.
My practical background in psychotherapy, coaching, and leadership, combined with my extensive experience in traditional wisdom and healing traditions, creates a space where you are supported by a solid framework, presence, and empathy.
My work stems from a desire to help create greater wholeness, harmony, and balance on Earth, to awaken others’ memories of their soul’s purpose, and to support them on their journey back to their personal power, joy, freedom, and vitality.
The Healer Training Program is the result of over 20 years of accumulated training, practice, knowledge, and wisdom drawn from indigenous healing traditions around the world and from my loving guides, who always show me the way.
